Purchase terms · Updated 5 October 2026

Before you buy.

Clear expectations for the resources you bring into your Vault. Purchases are not open yet; these terms describe the planned launch.

Who you are buying from

Daniel's Vault is operated by Builduct, LLC, a company registered in the United States. Daniel Sarkwa creates the resources. For purchase, access or product questions, email daniel.ds.yeboah@gmail.com.

Your purchase

Each product page lists its files, price, currency and requirements. Purchases are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise. Stripe hosts checkout and shows the final total before you pay. Third-party software, AI subscriptions and physical goods are not included.

Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, sign in to My Vault with the same email you used at checkout. Your files are available individually from your library. Payment confirmation can take a moment. Download and keep a backup for your own use; the purchase does not include a promise of lifetime hosting, future versions or ongoing coaching.

Your licence

For the buyer’s personal and household finances, and internal use in businesses they own or are employed by, with the business’s permission. No resale, redistribution, sublicensing or use to provide paid services to clients.

One purchase licences the buyer to use and adapt their copy for those purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the original resource or grant a team-wide licence. Do not share your account, download links, original files or reusable copies with other users. You may share reports produced from your own records within your household or business.

Refunds and access

Digital purchases are final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law, including where a product is faulty or not as described.

If a file cannot be downloaded or does not match its description, contact support with your purchase email and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required for the circumstances. A full refund ends access for that purchase. Disputed payments may temporarily pause access while the dispute is resolved.

Using financial and AI resources

These resources help you organise records and plan. They are not individual financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Check formulas, entries and AI suggestions before relying on them. The workbook does not connect to your bank or move money. Keep backups before changing it.

If you upload a workbook to an AI or cloud service, that provider processes the information you share under its own terms. Only upload information you have permission to share, especially for an employer.

Help and privacy

See Help for access questions and our privacy notice for how account and purchase information is handled. Keep the terms shown when you buy; later changes do not remove rights from your purchase.
